Gurpreet Grewal (GG)
GG has over 30 years of experience in finance and human resources in global organizations, holding senior leadership positions in Asia. Originally from India, she has been based in Hong Kong for over 15 years and considers it home.
GG’s most recent role was as the Asia Regional Head of HR & Organizations for Assicurazioni Generali SpA. In this capacity, she oversaw operations across eight countries and 12 entities in the region, demonstrating her adept leadership and management skills.
GG considers her critical skills, a solid analytical background, and a significant commercial sense for businesses backed by a blended experience in finance and human resources. She brings vital insights into talent management, organizational Restructuring, leadership development, and decision-making at the C-Suite levels.
She considers outstanding stakeholder relationship management and negotiation skills her strengths. Her experience ranges across all strategic aspects of the human resources function, which she believes is an organization’s pillar.

Teresa Tsui
Teresa Tsui is a seasoned talent and people professional with 30 years in human resources and talent management. Born in Hong Kong and educated in the US and Australia, she brings a global perspective and a deep understanding of the complexities businesses face across diverse markets.
Her specialty is managing complex business and integration projects across the Asia Pacific, including transformation and change management at the highest levels. Teresa has proven track record showcases her ability to handle challenging tasks. Other areas of focus include integrating the HR department, HR process optimization, and HR governance. She has demonstrated her expertise across various industries, including financial institutions, telecommunications, hotels, professional firms, and logistics.
Teresa has held senior managerial positions with financial institutions, such as Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation and QBE Insurance Asia Pacific, where she spearheaded the role of APAC Chief Human Resources Officer. She has managed large teams across Asia and has worked closely with stakeholders to ensure projects and initiatives are implemented seamlessly.
Teresa is an accredited organizational coach and a Harvard University Extension School master graduate majoring in Industrial Organizations Psychology.
